All Bloom devices come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty that covers technical defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for most metropolitan areas if ordered before 2 PM EST.
What is your return policy for opened gadgets?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and manuals to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
