Return Process

  Log into your Bloom account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
